The Orpheum Theatre, Inc. is a 501(c) (3) organization which provides the contributor with federal tax deduction eligibility. Orpheum Theatre, Inc. is a qualified Upper Arkansas Enterprise Zone project which entitles the contributor to an additional 25% state tax credit for cash contributions beginning at the $250.00 level.
Orpheum Theatre, Inc. is a Colorado nonprofit corporation exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualified as an Enterprise Zone. Because of state and federal deductions and state tax credits, each dollar contributed by a Colorado taxpayer in the highest bracket costs the donor approximately 35¢.
