and Goals

• Received designation from the IRS as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

• Designated as an historic structure

• Colorado State Historical Society Grant

• El Pomar Award of Excellence

• Structural renovations

• Architectural plans

• New Historical gold leaf sign

• Donations in excess of $414,000

• Grant from the Town of Buena Vista in the amount of $2,000

 • Purchasing and Installing an Infra-red radiant heating system

• Repairing the back door on the upper South side of the building

We are currently working on the following projects:

• Raising funds for the addition of restrooms and upgrading the concession/bar area

• Gathering information and bids on further weatherproofing and insulation
